Using the Marketplace
Car Catch provides a marketplace where shoppers can discover vehicles offered by independent dealers. Listings are informational and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of availability.
Vehicle Information
Dealers are responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, vehicle condition, disclosures, and availability. Confirm all material details directly with the dealer before making a purchase decision.
Transactions
Car Catch is not a party to transactions between shoppers and dealers. Financing, deposits, warranties, inspections, registration, and delivery are arranged directly with the selling dealer.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with other users, or use marketplace content in violation of applicable law.
